Ginza of Tokyo
Mission
Located in the newly developed Maple Lawn residential area of Howard County,
and next to Johns Hopkins Applied Physics Laboratory and Verizon service center, The Ginza of Tokyo will provide accessible
and affordable high quality food, and entertainment to the thousands of residents and employees of area business. In time,
The Ginza of Tokyo will establish itself as a "destination" of choice to the many residents of the Howard county
area of Maryland, as well as numerous area business employees commuting from other areas.
The establishment will provide a "complete, high-quality, and entertaining" evening experience as
well as "fast, tasty, and friendly served" for lunch customers. Not only will patrons be able to dine on food based
upon cooking style from the other world, they will also enjoy entertainment from the well trained Hibachi chef.
The restaurant's aim is simple. It will provide a completely sophisticated,
sensual, yet entertaining and casual dining experience for the customers. It will be an affordable venture for patrons, one
that will encourage them to return on many occasions. The menu will feature fusion style food with familiar taste, but yet
from the other world.
